Incredible attention to detail in this amazing embroidered applique make it impossible not to share with you. Look at those carefully hand-sewn miniature stitches, there are hundreds of them! I wish I could tell you more, other than you can find this on display at the Stasi Museum in Berlin. Our poor German and the limited English information in the museum left us a little clueless. If you know anything about it I'd love to hear from you. I wonder who created it and when.
