needle play

A couple of pics from Friday when we were setting up the Needle Work / Needle Play exhibition. I didn't get many and the ones I did get were with my phone so they're not great. Plus I didn't manage to capture everyone's work. All the more reason for you to check it out in person. Hehe!

Al Munro's pieces are already hanging behind them and Carly's deer is sitting pretty on the mantle in the foreground. Bottom left: Meticulously made superhero boots by Emma.  Bottom right: Just two of the eight finely-detailed animal kingdom necklaces created by Gemma! The necklace featuring the bear's head lifts up to reveal a charming girls face.
